Revenue Control Team Lead

Intro
Join our team as a Revenue Control Team Lead and support the accurate and efficient management of revenue processes across the organization. You’ll coordinate the daily work of the revenue team, oversee invoicing and revenue recognition, and ensure strong control procedures are in place. By combining hands-on expertise with team coordination and process improvement, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the revenue team by organizing workloads and supporting the resolution of complex issues
  • Supervising the issuance of invoices to ensure accuracy, contractual compliance, and timely delivery
  • Implementing and maintaining control procedures
  • Ensuring revenue is recognized in the correct accounting period in accordance with applicable standards
  • Preparing and issuing periodic reports on revenue, receivables, and cash flow
  • Coordinating client communication and balance reconciliations
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize invoice issuance and balance reconciliation processes
  • Ensuring data accuracy through effective control procedures.
We expect You to have:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue control, accounting, accounts receivable, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, managing team workflow and performance
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in the aviation sector (considered an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills (considered an advantage)
