Crew Control Specialist

Intro
Join our team as a Crew Control Specialist and bring your hands-on experience in crew operations to a fast-paced airline environment. In this role, you’ll take an active part in short-term crew planning, ensure compliance with flight and duty time limitations, and support crew members around the clock. Your operational know-how and ability to make timely, well-informed decisions will be essential in keeping crew assignments efficient, compliant, and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in short-term crew planning and monitor planning systems to ensure accurate crew assignments
  • Calculating and monitoring crew duties in compliance with flight time limitations and regulatory requirements
  • Efficiently scheduling and coordinating crew activities, ensuring timely and effective deployment
  • Providing 24/7 support to crew members, offering necessary information and assistance as needed
  • Arranging suitable accommodation, transportation, and tickets for crew members when required.
We expect You to have:
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry, particularly in crew control or related roles
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with flight and duty time limitation requirements for crew members
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with scheduling software and databases
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and time management skills
  • Proactive approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
