Crew Training Coordinator

Intro
Join our team as a Crew Training Coordinator and play a key role in organizing and supporting the training journey of our crew. You'll be the mastermind behind pilot simulator schedules and ensure all training records and documents are up to date. With your attention to detail and proactive approach, you’ll help keep our crew qualified, informed, and ready for every flight.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and documenting pilot simulator training
  • Managing communication with instructors, training facilities, and internal departments regarding training matters
  • Overseeing and updating the training management system, including Crew training validity and required personal documents
  • Assigning Crew training duties and resolving planning issues
  • Providing instructors with the necessary training information and support.
We expect You to have:
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry – an advantage
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Proactive mindset with the determination to overcome challenges
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, with a diligent and responsible approach
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
