IT Business Analyst

Intro
Join our team as an IT Business Analyst, bridging business needs with technical solutions to enhance efficiency in the aviation industry. You’ll optimize systems, streamline workflows, and support integrations across flight operations, crew management, and maintenance platforms, ensuring seamless and innovative solutions. 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Analyzing and documenting business processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Leading system integrations to improve connectivity and efficiency.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing technology-driven solutions.
  • Working closely with developers and stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring solutions align with business needs.
  • Creating clear documentation (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows).
  • Testing and validating REST API endpoints using tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Assisting in change management and training initiatives.
We expect You to have:
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • A basic understanding of web development technologies and processes, enabling effective communication with the development team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both stakeholders and developers.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and BPMN tools (or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements, feedback, and market conditions.
