Your responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices and accounts payable transactions.
Ensuring efficiency and compliance in AP workflows.
Performing daily AP accounting tasks and reconciliations.
Supporting other departments within expertise.
Assisting in improving the purchasing (P2P) process.
Following up on unapproved or rejected invoices.
Handling internal payments and creating provisions.
Investigating and resolving invoice processing issues.
Providing support via email and phone.
Contributing to process improvements and company projects.
Continuously developing expertise through learning opportunities.

We expect You to have:

Knowledge of laws, regulations, taxes and other mandatory documentation requirements for bookkeeping and accounting;
Knowledge of Business Accounting Standards;
Good command of English language;
Good MS Office skills (particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel).
Knowledge of NAVISION system is mandatory;
Experience in aviation sector would be considered as advantage.
