Your responsibilities will include:

Taking ownership of HR processes from the ground up, including performance management, salary reviews, and talent development.
Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, guiding on employee relations, engagement, and competency growth.
Leading employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, action plans, and recognition programs.
Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and proactively addressing areas for improvement.
Supporting employee relations by resolving conflicts, handling grievances, and managing disciplinary actions.

We expect You to have:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
A track record of initiating and leading change, including developing new processes from scratch.
Exceptional ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Analytical mindset with expertise in using HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
