Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling, coordinating, and documenting Crew and instructor training.
Managing communication with instructors, training facilities, and internal departments regarding training matters.
Overseeing and updating the training management system, including Crew training validity and required personal documents.
Assigning Crew training duties and resolving planning issues.
Providing instructors with the necessary training information and support.
Performing other tasks as delegated by the Head of Training Operations.

We expect You to have:

1. Education and Skills:

Secondary education.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.

2. Work Approach and Attitude:

Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Detail-oriented, diligent, and responsible.

3. Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

4. Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
